Our race belt is specially designed to minimize snapping and delamination during high-performance applications. Our belt boasts manufacturing and quality control certifications, including ISO-14001, ISO-9001, and IATF-16949.
We’ve recently released a new design that features a larger Kevlar cord with a custom braid to act as a shock absorber. Our new vulcanization process marries the layers of the belt around the cord, which helps prevent premature separation of layers.
Our custom blend of two premium High Modulus Compounds holds the top layers together with the cord and bottom layers like super glue. This design enables us to offer the highest shock load rating to date, making our belt capable of withstanding the power of 600hp machines.
We’ve also implemented an increased top cog pressure load design that enhances sidewall rigidity and prevents top cog bowing while still allowing for increased rotational flexibility. Our bottom cog uses a HIGH modulus rubber compound (BZX1) for better heat resistance and heat dissipation.
Our belt is impregnated with short Aramid Fibers to improve belt-to-sheave adhesion and reduce overall belt temperature. The latest bottom cog design also ensures greater rotational efficiency at full shift.
Our precision ground sidewall angle (SCUFFING) enhances engagement, power transfer, and lowers operating belt temperature. We’ve even wrapped the Kevlar cord over the bottom cogs for increased bottom cog strength and increased cord pop-out resistance.
